AUDITION INFORMATION

 Complete the entire Application

 Provide a small picture of yourself with the form
3
 Prepare a 1 minute monologue
4
 For a Musical, be prepared with a song, bring the music
5
 Obtain PARENT and TEACHER signatures (REQUIRED!)

 Have all above items ready on the 1st day of Auditions

Audition Packet     Complete and Must be signed by a PARENT & TEACHERS
